Ewing Schools Community Update: January 4th, 2021 Board of Education Organization Meeting

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, the Monday, January 4th, 2021 Ewing Township Board of Education Organization meeting will be a virtual meeting that will be streamed live to the public at 7:00PM.

There are two ways for individuals to make public comments: 

Email Comments: 

Comments can be submitted to the following email:   

Submitted comments will be read live during the meeting.  Please specify the whether the comment relates to the agenda item or pertains to a topic of general interest.  Comments should be limited to three minutes in length.  You must state your name and address in the communication.  Emailed comments must be submitted by 4:00PM on the date of the meeting. 

Live Comments: 

Members of the public can join the virtual BOE meeting and make “live” comments if they so desire.  To do this, please email the following to  

“I would like to join the Board meeting and make a public comment.”

Public Comment Topic (Agenda or General Interest):

(All will remain confidential) 

After receipt by the Board meeting management team, you will receive an email link inviting you to the meeting, and will be let into the virtual meeting during the appropriate public comment section to make your statement.  Again, comments should be limited to three minutes in length.  This process will be open and available during the meeting, but we would respectfully ask that anyone wishing to address the Board using this method please let us know by 4:00PM the day of the meeting. 

Members of the community are limited to one statement per public comment section, regardless of the format used to address the Board.
