  • For Second Consecutive Year, Ewing Schools Named to the College Board’s Honor Roll for Significant Gains in Student Achievement

The Ewing Public Schools is one of only 433 school districts in the U.S. and Canada being honored by the College Board with placement on the 7th Annual AP® District Honor Roll for increasing access to AP course work while simultaneously maintaining or increasing the percentage of students earning scores of 3 or higher on AP Exams. Perhaps most significant is that this is the second consecutive year the Ewing Schools have received this honor, a rare occurrence.

  • Ewing Public Schools Teacher Spotlight: Meet Sean Hammer

What made you want to become a teacher? I actually went to Princeton thinking that I would be pre-med -- going to medical school after graduation was part of my plan through the middle of my junior year. As much as I loved my pre-med courses, I realized that the two things that made me happiest were working as a camp counselor during my summers and volunteering at an after-school tutoring program in Trenton. I never could have anticipated how instantly I would fall in love with teaching. Please 'click' to read about this outstanding educator.

On occasion, a parent may have a concern, complaint, suggestion or request related to a school decision or policy. Many questions are easily and completely answered by communicating directly with the person in charge of the class or program. Each situation should first be addressed at whatever level the initial action was taken, with appeals moving on to the next level in the chain of command.
