• FMS Boys Basketball Team Advances in MCT Tournament!

    The Fisher Middle School Boys Basketball team advanced in the Mercer County Tournament tournament with a 51 - 41 victory over Grover Middle School. Fisher was led by Kamar Archie with 20 points, 12 points in the 3rd quarter, and Dariyon Doggett with 19 points, 13 points in the 4th quarter.

    Fisher Middle School grade 6 students participate in a digital Breakout activity in the library. Through a grant provided by the EPEF, Jodie Bauer and Laura Fay were able to purchase 12 BreakoutEDU kits and online Platform Access for staff members.

  • FMS Students Meet Acclaimed Author, Jacqueline Woodson

    A group of 7th grade students from Fisher Middle School traveled to The College of New Jersey, where they attended a talk given by acclaimed author Jacqueline Woodson. Ms. Woodson was named the 2018-2019 National Ambassador for Young People's Literature, a title given to her by the Library of Congress, which has only been held by six people to date.

    The students of the 7th and the 8th grade Spanish classes did a wonderful job writing and presenting a skit during which each group showed their knowledge of a topic in front of the class in the target language.
