If absolutly necessary, send a note with your child in the morning so that arrangements can be communicated efficiently. Any late changes must be received by the office no later than 3:00 p.m. to ensure that your child's teacher receives the message.If your child will not be in school please call the Main Office at 538-9800 ext. 6100 by 9:15 a.m. as it is required that we account for each child. Absences must be followed by a written note explaining the reason for the absence.

You may complete a paper application or use the following two methods to apply:
* On-Line Application: at https://ewing.payschools.com. You will need to have all of your children’s Student ID numbers. The application will be determined upon completion.
* “Fill-to-print” Application at: https://www.ewing.k12.nj.us/Page/111 . You may scan and email the completed, signed application to firstname.lastname@example.org, or return it to the Food Service Office at 220 Ewingville Rd. or send it through the US mail to Ewing Twp Food Service, 220 Ewingville Rd., Ewing, NJ 08638.PLEASE NOTE: If your students attended Ewing Schools in June 2016 and where eligible for free or reduced price meals, they will receive these benefits until Oct 20th or until you complete a new application. If there is a new student in your household (i.e. Kindergartener) you must complete a new household application before the new student receives free/reduced meals.
