    10/02/23 - Monday:  "Respecting Myself is NO SWEAT!" - Wear sweatpants and sweatshirts. 

    10/03/23 - Tuesday:  "It Takes TEAMWORK to Respect Others!" - Wear your favorite sports team gear.

    10/04/23 - Wednesday:  "Mix It Up Day!" - Wear Lore colors (yellow and blue), and get to know someone new today.

    10/05/23 - Thursday:  "Put Bullying to Rest!" - Wear your PJ's or comfy clothes and sneakers (NO SLIPPERS).

    10/06/23 - Friday:  "Being an Upstander is a Bright Idea!" - Wear neon or tie dye.

    10/16/23 - Monday:  Mindfulness Monday! - Practice different mindfulness skills, compassion towards self and others to create a respectful classroom, school and home.

    10/17/23 - Tuesday:  Get in the Zone! - We love the Green Zone here at Lore, but sometimes we all have big feelings.  How can you cope to stay in control?

    10/18/23 - Wednesday:  Take a Break from Social Media! - Explore other hobbies and interests that don't include your phone.  Go outside, take a walk, try something new!

    10/19/23 - Thursday:  Random Acts of Kindness Day! - See how many random acts of kindness you can perform in a day!

    10/20/23 - Friday:  Positivi-TEE Day! - Wear your favorite T-shirt with a positive message!

     

    Lore's Red Ribbon Week - October 23-27, 2023

    Build lifelong healthy habits that will benefit our physical, mental and emotional well-being!

    10/23/23 - Monday:  Wear Red to start the Week of Healthy Living

    10/24/23 - Tuesday:  Eat Like a Superhero/Food as a Super-fuel - Wear a Superhero shirt or Superhero colors.

    10/25/23 - Wednesday:  Wear Your Favorite "Sweats" - Focus on Staying Active.  It is also backwards day!

    10/26/23 - Thursday:  Wear GREEN! - Let's work to stay in the GREEN ZONE, by using safe strategies for stress management.

    10/27/23 - Friday:  Pink-A-Boo! - Wear pink so that we can scare away breast cancer and say NO to negative peer pressure.

    The Ewing Public Schools will be doing nightly staged roll-outs of iPad app installs beginning at 4PM. 'Click ' the link above for the instruction guide to ensure the proper installation of the app and minimize failed installs. 
     
     
    If your child will not be in school please call the Main Office at 609-538-9800 ext. 6100 by 9:15 a.m. as it is required that we account for each child. Absences must be followed by a written note explaining the reason for the absence. 

    If you wish to apply money to your child's lunch account please visit the website www.payschoolscentral.com.  

     Bollinger K-12 Voluntary Student Accident Insurance – please go to website to complete application for your child’s coverage.  Instructions for Parents:

    Visit www.bollingerschools.com

    Under the Parents section, select “Purchase Coverage”

    Put in School Name     Select “NJ”     Click on Search

    Click on “View Insurance Products/Purchase Coverage”

    Click on “Buy Online Now”

    Select the School and pick the coverage for “24 Hour Accident Insurance”

     
    PARENTS/GUARDIANS WHO WISH TO APPLY FOR MEAL BENEFITS:
    You may complete a paper application or use the following two methods to apply:
     *   On-Line Application: at https://ewing.payschools.com. You will need to have all of your children’s Student ID numbers.  The application will be determined upon completion.
     *  “Fill-to-print” Application at: https://www.ewing.k12.nj.us/Page/111 . You may scan and email the completed, signed application to foodservice@ewingboe.org, or return it to the Food Service Office at 220 Ewingville Rd. or send it through the US mail to Ewing Twp Food Service, 220 Ewingville Rd., Ewing, NJ 08638.
     
    PLEASE NOTE:  If your students attended Ewing Schools in June 2016 and where eligible for free or reduced price meals, they will receive these benefits until Oct 20th or until you complete a new application.  If there is a new student in your household (i.e. Kindergartener) you must complete a new household application before the new student receives free/reduced meals.     Please call Food Service if you have questions (609) 538-9800 x7106
