How to register to FSDirect

Go to our community use page - https://www.communityuse.com/default.asp?acctnum=579525232

Select the link on the top right corner “Log in to Request Facility Use”

 

If you already have an account you can login with your FSDirect credentials.

If you do not have an account please click on the “Create One” link above the username and password boxes. 

Please check the box to agree with our Terms and Conditions then select “Agree and Register”

Fill in all the required information.  Anything with a red box next to it is required.  You will be asked to create a password, this is the password you will use to access FSDirect after your account has been approved. 

Please fill out Organization information.  Select “Save & Next”.

 

Once you select “Save & Next”, you are finished.  Your account still needs to be approved by administration before you can start using it.  Once your account has been approved you will receive an email.  Once you receive the approval email please use your email address and password you created earlier to login.

If you forget your password please use the link “Forgot Password link” below the password field to reset your password.
