Ms. Monaco is the Athletic Director and Supervisor of Health and Physical Education for Ewing Township Public Schools, where she leverages 20 years of passionate experience to cultivate positive and equitable educational environments. A creative leader, she deeply integrates Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and educator well-being into her approach. With over 500 RYT yoga certification hours (including a study in Hawaii), Monaco is a dedicated wellness advocate who shares the power of movement, mindfulness, and breathwork with athletes, coaches, and teachers globally. Her commitment to building student confidence and character is further demonstrated by her previous work directing Ewing's nationally award-winning drama program,  which earned over 21 superior awards, 2  state showcase winners, and 1 national showcase winner. 

 

Ms. Monaco spearheaded the 1st ever CVC Sportsmanship Summit with the hopes of bringing athletes together throughout the Colonial Valley Conference as well as create opportunities for Ewing students to be life-long movers and learners.  She is a former English and Drama teacher who passionately leads with a student-centered approach.
