A Message from the Assistant Superintendent

Welcome to the Office of Curriculum and Instruction.

I am honored to serve as the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction for Ewing Public Schools. During my nearly 25 years in education, I have served as an elementary teacher, district supervisor, principal, and assistant superintendent. Each of these roles has strengthened my belief that the best educational experiences are built through strong relationships, high expectations, and a shared commitment to every student.

Before joining Ewing, I served as Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction in the Manville School District. Throughout my career, my work has focused on strengthening teaching and learning, supporting educators, improving early literacy, creating inclusive opportunities, and developing systems that help both students and staff grow.

I believe the most important work in education happens each day in our classrooms. Our role as educational leaders is to create the conditions for that work to thrive by providing teachers with high-quality resources, meaningful professional learning, opportunities to collaborate, and the support they need to meet the needs of every learner.

Ewing’s vision of “Providing a Foundation for Life” deeply resonates with me. Our responsibility extends beyond helping students succeed academically. We must also help them develop the confidence, curiosity, resilience, and skills they will need to navigate an ever-changing world. Every student deserves to feel known, included, challenged, and supported throughout that journey.

I am excited to become part of the Ewing community and to learn from its students, staff, families, and leaders. I look forward to listening, building relationships, and working collaboratively to build upon the district’s strengths while continuing to expand opportunities for every student.
