The Ewing Public Schools Appoints Kelli Eppley as Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction
EWING, N.J. — Kelli Eppley’s professional journey is bringing her back to where it began. The Mercer County resident, whose first job was at Cadet Motors in Ewing, has been appointed assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction for the Ewing Public Schools.
The Board of Education approved Eppley’s appointment during its July 27 meeting. She will begin her new role at the end of September.
Eppley brings more than 25 years of experience in public education to the district. She most recently served as assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction for the Manville School District, where she helped develop instructional programs, strengthen support for multilingual learners, expand dual-enrollment opportunities and secure competitive grants supporting teaching and learning.
“I am truly excited to join the Ewing Public Schools and become part of a district with such a strong commitment to its students and community,” Eppley said. “I look forward to getting to know Ewing, listening and learning, and working alongside the district’s talented educators and leaders. Most of all, I am excited to build on the great work already underway and help ensure every student has access to excellent instruction, meaningful opportunities and the support they need to succeed.”
Before joining Manville, Eppley spent 24 years in the Hamilton Township School District, serving as a teacher, district supervisor and elementary school principal. Throughout her career, she has led work in curriculum development, instructional improvement, professional learning, assessment and educational technology, with an emphasis on equitable, evidence-based practices.

Eppley is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership at Rowan University. She is a passionate advocate for public education and believes lasting improvement begins with investing in educators, leaders and the communities they serve.
