CURRENT SENIORS (PLEASE SEE NOTE ABOVE IN RED):Please complete the following forms and submit them to your Guidance Counselor:Senior Transcript Release form (fill in once, typically at the beginning of senior year)Transcript Request form (complete one for each transcript college/university or scholarship)Transcript requests for all colleges/universities must also be completed in Naviance as they are sent electronically to the college/university you have applied to. Follow these steps:1. Log in to Naviance2. Select the "colleges" Tab3. Select "colleges I'm applying to" underneath the "my college" heading4. Choose "add colleges to this list"5. Select your school from the "look up" list6. Indicate your decision type for each college7. Select "add colleges" at the bottom of the page when finishedUNDERCLASSMEN:Students in 9th-11th grades needing a transcript should download the Transcript Request form and submit it to their Guidance Counselor. Copies are also available in the EHS Guidance Office.
