It's time to order yearbooks and underclassmen photos. There is a lot of information included below, so please check out this cheat sheet with the key details.
We use two vendors (Balfour and Lifetouch) for our photographs and yearbooks, so please be on the lookout for emails from the companies with important information regarding purchasing and ordering.
UNDERCLASSMEN PHOTOS
9th, 10th, and 11th graders will be photographed on November 16th, 17th, and 19th. Students who are participating in the in-school learning program will be photographed from 8 am - 12:15 pm. All virtual students who are interested in having a new school photo taken can schedule an appointment between 12:45 pm - 3 pm on those days. Please go to https://tinyurl.com/ehsphotoday to sign up for an appointment time.
Students who are virtual and do not wish to come into the building may instead choose to use the EZPix system to upload their own photographs directly to the yearbook site. Please see the attached flyer with directions and details on how to use the system. You will receive an email from balfour.com with details on how to set up your account; please do not delete it. Any student who chooses to use the EZPix system will have until December 18th to submit their portrait.
If any 10th or 11th grader does not have their portrait taken or submit a photo through EZPix by December 18th, we will re-use their 2019-2020 yearbook photo for the current book. 9th graders who do not submit photos or have portraits taken by December 18th will not be included in this year's yearbook.
ORDERING YOUR PHOTO PROOFS
Underclassmen photos may be ordered through mylifetouch.com approximately 3 weeks after photos are taken. The EHS Picture Day ID is PP7MV6TVE, which you will have to enter to see and order your proofs. All proofs will be sent to EHS and parents will be notified of pick-up procedures once the photos have been delivered.
ORDERING YEARBOOKS
This year, all EHS yearbooks will be ordered online. Books are $90 and include home delivery. Please go to www.balfour.com and use the "Shop My School" link to get the Ewing High School page. You may customize your book and purchase add-ons at the site. Please be aware that ad purchases are reserved for senior parents only.
All yearbook orders must be submitted by Friday, January 15th.
